Supraventricular tachycardia may cause the following:
Vagal maneovres first line.
Adenosine 6mg rapid IV bolus + 12mg + 12mg.
Administer through a proximal cannula and elevate the limb.
Caution asthma - use verapamil instead if structurally normal heart.
Otherwise synchronised shock.
