Immune checkpoint inhibitors have been implicated.
Vitamin E deficiency (though nutritional deficiencies generally cause axonal neuropathies)

Blood tests that may be useful include: - Serum electrophoresis - Immunoglobulins - Anti-MAG - Paranodal antibodies - VEGF - Cold agglutinins - Genetics

LP typically shows albuminocytologic dissociation (i.e. protein is high but there are not many cells). The CSF white cell count is typically below 10 perr mm^3.
